Returns and Exchange Details

To Process Return 

  • Please have your order number ready (reference your original confirmation email)

  • We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Seventh Avenue Apothecary purchase. Please visit our Product Care page for tips for troubleshooting your candle, aroma oil, or wax chips. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Seventh Avenue Apothecary is happy to offer a refund or replacement within 30 days of your delivery date. (excluding return shipping & handling charges) Return items must arrive in resellable condition. The return package must be in original packaging or wrapped securely to prevent damage. 

Damages 

  • If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email online@seventhavenuecandles.com within 7 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage that clearly shows the product box and shipping label. A member of our Customer Care team will reply within 48 hours to provide a refund or replacement.  

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be reported/initiated within 7 days of the delivery date and completed/returned within 30 business days that is based on the tracking number. (excluding shipping & handling charges) Return items must arrive in resellable condition. The return package must be in original packaging or wrapped securely to prevent damage. 

Cancellations

  • We dispatch orders within 48 hours (Mon-Thurs) If you wish to cancel an order, please email online@seventhavenuecandles.com with your order number. If items have not been sent, we can cancel your order and refund your order amount via the original payment method. If all items have been sent, you are responsible for return shipping & handling charges. Return items must arrive in resellable condition. The return package must be in original packaging or wrapped securely to prevent damage. 

Final Sale Items 

  • All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If the product is damaged, we can refund or replace it. We are unable to extend promotions or discounts past their deadlines. If a promotion is run 24 hours before or after your purchase, please contact customer care at online@seventhavenuecandles.com for available options.
