What shipping methods do you use?
We ship through USPS & UPS. Our delivery times usually are between 3-8 days depending on how far away from Florida you are. All of our candles are made, packaged, and shipped from Tampa, Florida.
Free Standard 3 – 8 days – Shipping Threshold $79+ = FREE
Standard Shipping – Lower 48: $5.95
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout.
Tampa Local Pickup (M-Thurs 9 am-4 pm) = FREE
How do I return a Product?
If your product is defective please email us at online@seventhavenuecandls.com explain your issue and we will find a solution as fast as we can.

How To Redeem Rewards?
How to Redeem a Reward:
- Login or Sign up for Rewards: https://seventhavenuecandles.com/account/login
- Click the Rewards button on the bottom right corner of your screen
- Click the Redeem Points button
- Click Redeem next to the reward you would like to redeem.
- You will see a code for your Reward. Click copy code. You will use this coupon code at checkout. Shop Now!
- Navigate back to the Rewards button on the bottom right of the page and scroll down to the button to view your coupon code at a later time.
